If The Product Has A Manufacturing Defect
- If the product has a manufacturing issue, we (or the manufacturer) will cover all return or exchange costs.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- A replacement product will be sent free of charge after verifying the issue.
- It’s mandatory to share detailed and clear pictures identifying the return reason with a clear clarification of return reason.

Submitting A Return Request
- Click on “My Orders”
- Select the order you would like to return an item from.
- Click on “View Order”
- At the bottom of the order details, click the “Request Return” button.

Entering Return Details
- Select the product you wish to return.
- Choose the reason for return and specify the product’s condition.
- Upload a photo of the product showing its condition.
- Click “Submit Request” to complete the process.
